My husband just picked us up a treat, I took a bite of the delicious Oreo s’mores, only to find a few bites in a piece of paper or cotton IN the ice cream- not only that but the cone was as stale as a piece of bread left out for weeks. So disappointed. Usually love this place for its friendliness and cleanliness but now I’m honestly kind of grossed out.
Our family went to Baskin Robbins for a treat last night, and it was great! The store and all the tables were clean, and the employees were helpful, respectful, and quick. We will definitely be back the next time we need some delicious ice cream!
First off I have been frequent customer of this Baskin Robbins store, going there at minimum once per week, usually much more. I just went to get a cappuccino blast, Chocolate shake and a fresh pack with my wife and had $62 dollars but was told that I was only able to spend $12 of my $62 because they can't take bills larger than $20 and wouldn't wait for me to get change across the street as they were 5 mins from closing. So I asked if they would make me a deal for just the drinks since they were already making the drinks explaining that I had only $12 aside from the $50. I was told I could get a small shake and the med cappuccino blast for $14.88.....I gave my wife the money for her cappuccino blast and left in disgust. Went to Yokes and bought stuff for making my own shakes and I won't be patronizing Baskin Robbins any longer.
This was our first time here, my boyfriend and I both got a waffle cone ice cream between 9 and 9:30 p.m. on 6/25/22 . There was a blonde serving us, and her bangs were not tied back, her hair kept getting so close to everyone's Ice cream and Ice cream cone as she served everyone . Our waffle cones also tasted stale, which really messed up the whole experience for us. I gave one star, only because I had to, maybe we will try a different location next time.
Buying ice cream is supposed to be fun. And the servers at this location are marvelous at making a customer feel important and valued. The customer service was what everyone would expect from a store that has the best ice cream.
The store is clean and cakes were over the top awesome and the employees were the best.
The icecream is delicious, Jamocha Almond Fudge, Bubblegum, Boston Cream Pie, Salted Caramel, New York . Premium icecream like Ben & Jerry's, Fun flavors, classic flavors, icecream cakes and milkshakes. Outdoor seating. This is a small store. The customer service is much better than the last time I came, so that was good. I bought icecream for 7 people for under $20, so that's not too bad one scoop on a sugar cone or in a cup. If you are in the area, and you are nostálgic for the bubblegum icecream of your childhood like I was, come get a scoop. For a locally owned icecream shop that's out of sight, try Pete Belles in the Valley or Doyle's Icecream Parlor in Felony Flats near Boone & Nettleton. Only open in the summer

Clean, fast, friendly service and a great selection of ice cream flavors. Inside and outside seating, plenty of parking and easy access.
Terrible customer service experience tonight at a location we generally frequent for our fav flavors. My daughters birthday and we went in to grab some dessert but the young blonde woman helping us wouldn’t honor her free scoop bday cone because she didn’t have the app. Super disappointing honestly, especially after being told you have to have the app months in advance to get the bday cone. We even asked if we could show her identification and she still said no. Not everyone is technologically savvy or allowed when a child like in this instance to have a cell phone with an app. Do better Baskin’.
