First off I want to say amazing ice cream such a good place to get it. Secondly I went in Wednesday afternoon there was no customers in the store. Two ladies walked out made eye contact with me did not say a word grab something from the freezer and went back to the back. I was standing there almost a good 10 minutes before someone noticed me. I went in around 1:05 and didn't leave until 1:17 and that was just me standing there alone

Hi, I always enjoy baskin robbins icecreams just like today. But the customer service is highly poor in the windfied store. First of all, when I entered in the store the sales person didn’t made an eye contact with me neither asked me what I want or greeted me. She was brooming on cash area. When I told her my preferences she told me that I can only give you for take out. But 17 minutes were left for stores closing time. When I told her the same thing she didn’t say a word.  While leaving the store I said thank you to her but she again didn’t reply. On the top if it I was enjoying my icecream in front of the store in my car and noticed her locking the doors at 8:55 pm. I mean that’s highly unacceptable and it demonstrates poor customer service .

My boys and I love the ice cream. My oldest always gets a ice cream cake for his birthday. It's his absolute favorite. Plus staff are always so helpful and friendly

Unsanitary procedures. I ordered icecream on Thursday evening, I asked her for two scoops in a cup, she gave separate scoops in two cups, I corrected her. She was looking for the proper size for the cup and asked me what size cup I need and she should know which size if it’s two cups. Later, she grabbed the inside of the sample cup where every customer puts their sample spoons  thinking that was a cup she could use. When she noticed, she didn’t even wash her hands and changed her gloves, she proceeded to make my icecream in another cup. When she got me a spoon for the icecream she put the spoon on the counter than handing it to me. BIG RED FLAG. I just took the icecream and left the spoon. She should’ve handed the spoon to me

They have a variety of flavours that are delicious. The issue I have with this location is the service delay. There is always a long line especially in the evenings.  With only 1 person attending to everyone. It’s quite irritating.

O boy, don't you dare walk in few mins before closing. You may get your head bitten off. There is a reason for having work hours..for example open between hours of 11am and 9 pm. At nine pm it's time to lock up and finish up to go home. We were there on October 18/22 for my daughter's 16 birthday only to encounter a very disgruntled worker. She would not be allowed to represent my place of work.  Hope the owners take this seriously. Willing to visit that location again and hope to have normal friendly staff helping out.

Went to buy a birthday cake. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Purchased an ice cream cake. Gummy worms were hard like rocks! The ice cream was way too soft. We couldn't cut it with a knife. It was melting too fast. We had to spoon it into bowls which didn't look too appealing! It was very messy! That was disappointing. The ice cream tasted OK but would have been better if it was more frozen. I don't think it was worth $37+

I was happy to hear that we have a baskin robbins  closer to us and the staff have been very nice every time we have gone so far. My issue is the ice cream. My family and I have gone maybe 5 times and every time the ice cream is way too soft. We end up having to put our ice cream in the freezer for a couple of hours to get to the proper consistency. They need to turn their freezer temps lower. We may end up starting to go back to the Whitby location, because who wants to wait 2 hours to eat their ice cream.

I was overly disappointed. I came in to grab a cake for an early fathers day, I came to get the beer pint , when I got it , it was soo taped up and I wasnt able to check out the cake before leaving so i trusted everything was correct. It was straight into a freezer bag & I only live about 5 mins away & it went straight into a big freezer. Today we went to go serve the cake , opened it and this is what we found , just kinda disappointed because you pay for the speciality cake just to have it look like this! It seemed to be uneven on the bottom leaving it to lean on one side. Just completely disappointed. If you’re going to order this cake for fathers day please double check before leaving as ours seemed to be ready to lean as soon as it left. Also if you’re looking for a ice cream cake go somewhere else. this is 85% whipped cream , 10% cake & 5% ice cream. overly a disappointing experience

Not the best service.  Heard how good the cakes were.  I needed a cake for tomorrow at noon.  I went in just after 1pm and they told me that I'd have to wait to  until 2pm.  24 hours notice whether they are busy or not. So back to dairy queen where service is always great.
