Terrible customer service. I have ordered here multiple times and only because they are the only decent tasting lebanese food in my area. But on multiple occasions they have gotten my order wrong. When I call to let them know they are always extremely rude.

The food is great , my best dish is shawarma ,very tasty and the beef is soft mango salad is amazing i love it

Food was average. I took the combo Shawarma pita. The sandwich was okay. the potatoes seemed like they had been made a while ago. The service was bad. I felt as if I wasn't very welcome.

The last the three times we've ordered here they have messed up the order. This last, and I do mean last, time we ordered they completely forgot one of the meals. When my wife called them to have the last meal sent, she had to struggle to make them understand the simple concept that one meal was missing. When that finally sunk in, she then spent the next few minutes trying to make them understand that it was a plate we had ordered, not a "sandwich". Finally, after several long painful minutes on the phone, they understood and she hung up. Two minutes later they called back to try and tell her it was her fault but I answered. I had heard my wife place the order, it was definitely their mistake and I told them as much. To sum it up, never order here. The driver was friendly enough but, based on my experience, the people working at the restaurant itself are rude and incompetent.
