Bartoletti Mike DDS

New in community, colleague referred me to Dr. Bartoletti. Called to ask if taking new patients and was told yes. Asked to make an appointment and was advised to be put on the "call when we have a cancellation" list. Waited six months, no call. I called office. They said I'm still on the list. Waited 3 more months, no call. I called and spoke with a new person in office who wasn't aware of the list and said they weren't taking new patients. I'm sure Dr. is fine but seems to be missing something in the office. I would have preferred to know 9 months ago that I could not have been seen.

It was Saturday morning 9am and I was supposed to be at work at 10am at the airport. My tooth (I knew for weeks that it would need to be pulled) had been bothering me the night before, but now it increased to very sore and I could tell that shortly it would be unbearable. I held out no hope that someone could do something over the weekend but thought that before I called out on my shift, I would try to at least get something scheduled. I had gone to Tom Bartoletti in Sheridan growing up so I called Mike. Not only was I surprised that he answered, but he said,"can you be here in 20min?" Elated as I could be, having tooth pain and all, I went down to his office. The extraction was done in 10-15min. He gave me the numbing shots with paperwork on a clipboard still in my hand!! When I asked if he takes debit/credit cards, he said,"don't worry about it. The lady that does my billing will get in touch with you." I couldn't believe I made it to work on time, as well as not having to think about how I had just spent more money than I had made that day. I did of course, but I didn't have to think about it. (very reasonable-$145) Not bad for a Saturday morning 20min emergency extraction!!! Well done!!

His phone number is listed wrong on google. It's 494-5033 Great Dentist, been going to him for years!
