Was going to report his delivery driver for blowing STOP signs at a 3-way STOP in our neighborhood,but it got better. He answered the phone "WHAT?" Guess My soon to be Wife and I will be shopping somewhere else for Our wedding flowers this summer.

I ordered flowers for mothers day for two mothers in town. Both were sent to one mom. When I called to explain this and ask what could be done as now the second set has to be picked up, I get no apology and get yelled at. I was really shaken after getting off the phone. I'm in customer service business and never lose my cool with the customer. Thank goodness mom had told me she got two sets or mom in law would have gotten nothing. With the internet, local businesses have to work harder and not mis-treat customers.

Attempted to order graduation flowers for my daughter. Rude service from the beginning. Lesson learned. Order cancelled.

They false advertise. Bought a bouquet online.....different one showed up. They did nothing about it. This place is a joke

I used this florist to buy my 85 year old mom flowers as she was spending Christmas in the hospital. When I received a photo of the flowers I was so so disappointed. They were "cute". Not beautiful not gorgeous just plain. They used two flowers,carnations n mums. I was embarrassed that my mom thgt I sent it. I spent a lot of money n did not get what I asked for or what I paid for. They could of cared less when I called back. NEVER USE THIS FLORIST EVER.
