Bare Butts Smoke

Every time I come here to pick up smokes for my parents and my girlfriend's parents, the staff are always kind, quick, and friendly. They have the BEST selection of smokes in the area. They always ask to see my ID, so I know they genuinely care about the law and their customers. I am just a young lad, so I totally understand when they ask for my ID! Overall, I would say the store is very wheelchair accessible. They have have a Drive-Thru where you do not need to leave your car at all, you can stay seated! And they also have a ramp to their walk-in store doors, as well as stairs and a railing. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. When I brought my father here who had a stoke a few years ago and has brain damage as a result, but he still loves his smokes the staff were extremely kind to him and when he was unsure of which kind he wanted, the staff offered him samples of the best fitting cigarettes to the kind he could describe he liked! He was able to decide what he wanted and bought a few packs to last him the next while until we visit again! I love the drive to Bare Butts Smoke from Orillia. Very simple route, and it's fast enough my Dad doesn't complain the car ride is too long! Big Thank You to all the staff here for being so accomodating!

Came to pick up smoke don’t normally stop here but decided to today . The lady and gentlemen working were so sweet to my little one and nice to talk to . Usually I keep going but now I will stop here every time . Great customer service .

Woman was super rude when I was just asking for prices and what that had in stock. Didnt buy anything. Very rude.

Hands down best place to grab your smokes. They're super nice to their Customers. I usually have my dog in the car and they give her a treat, one day I didn't have my dog in the car and the nice lady gave me a treat to take home to my dog. Great folks!
