Bardal Funeral Home Arrangement Centre

Following the passing of our mom, we were devastated how quickly she passed after a diagnosis of cancer. Because family are in mourning, they need the honest guidance of a funeral home director to assist them in their funeral choices for their loved one, where compassion, integrity and respect are demonstrated by the funeral home they choose. I contacted some of the Winnipeg funeral homes to compare the services each offered. While costs were comparable, we chose Bardal Funeral Home. Paul Dawson, one of Bardal's funeral directors provided our family with such compassion for our loss, who contacted us outside of business hours to provide additional information, offered and assisted our family throughout this difficult time of loss in a process giving our mom a warm, respectful, and compassionate memorial service. We were so comfortable with Paul, he was like a member of our family helping all of us. He had me as soon as I spoke with him on the phone. His voice was compassionate, he understood our pain. We were so pleased that Bardal was our chosen funeral home for our mom because they were the choice for our dad who passed in 1979 as well. There is a very large parking lot for guests, with a back entrance for their convenience. Bardal's share their parking for a very small fee to community residents on days when there are no services. Being part of their community speaks for itself how they care for others and do what they can to help within their community. They are not just a business, they care. The facilities from the chapel, to technical equipment used and their reception room were perfect. Their hosts cleaned up after the luncheon, were pleasant and respectful to the guests, Amanda who assisted Paul with service arrangements was wonderful, Mel in administration was kind and provided additional information respectfully and all their staff work together to ensure the families they serve are treated with such kindness and compassion. Thank you Paul and all Bardal staff who made this very difficult time in our lives less business and more family compassionate. Our mom would have appreciated the dignity you provided her and which she so deserved. Thank you! Our family is so grateful for your wonderful family services and kindness shown to our family.
