Bardo is a really great little find if you are in the area. Warm and inviting staff who are very friendly and attentive. The place is decorated with a modern feel that doesn't feel sterile. Their pizza is absolutely fantastic thin crust that doesn't eat like a firework that only goes off right out of the oven, you can reheat it later. Appetizers that are awesome and tasty.nIf you are in the mood for some really bomb pizza, it's just the place.
I loved this place. The service is super fast which I appreciate when dining out.nnThe mozzarella appetizer is a must. We shared that. The umami burger wasn’t my fav the patty was dry and hard. The fries were good. Then the star of the show was the bread pudding.nnI would go back for the pizza next time. Nice comfy seating and really clean washrooms too.
Absolutely friendly staff. As an uber driver, the kitchen was taking super long as they’re were so busy and the customer services was the bomb.com. After waiting additional time they definitely took care of me even like a customer. They def go the extra mile! I’d come back here again as a customer. Might consider hosting my bday dinner there!
Food was good, except the crust of the pizza was doughy and too soft. Also they charge extra to add chicken on it but there was very few pieces. Seafood pasta was really good. Atmosphere & Service were ok.
Amazing experience! The restaurant is so welcoming and comfortable. Beautifully designed and decorated. Surprisingly good noise level considering how open the restaurant is. Everyone was friendly and attentive. The food was incredible, and I thought the prices were fair for the most part. Comparable to other nice restaurants that I’ve been to. We met some friends here for lunch and we never felt rushed or like we were imposing we stayed almost 4 hours. The sourdough bread is delicious and was able to be substituted with some of the sandwiches and their feature appetizer which was a crab and artichoke dip that was supposed to come with pita. The desserts in particular are definitely worth saving room for. You can tell they’re made in house and are a perfect size for sharing. We had the upside down strawberry rhubarb cake and cheesecake, and neither were overly sweet either which we appreciated. I live near London, but would definitely make the trip back for a meal here in the future!
