Service very slow....we always go to our favorite resto so this time wanted to try new

Service very slow....we ordered our dinner at 6pm 1hr15 mins still didnt get our food...very
Upset tables around us arrived after us got their food 1st. We complain why its taking too long they said another 10more mins but not gurranteed so WE DIDNT WANT TO WAIT ANYMORE....WE LEFT THE RESTAURANT WITH OUT EATING! We went next resto on the same street got our food in 30mins.
