I don’t know where you find your hostesses, but they are top notch. Super friendly and welcoming, even with the sun shining directly in their eyes. Found us seating right away on the patio. Service was friendly, prompt and made our experience memorable. We even saw our server flawlessly navigate serving a table full of extremely difficult guests after 13 years in the service industry, I would have been wanting to tear my hair out serving these people. Food is always consistent and delicious. Drinks are awesome and love the happy hour pricing. Ordered the fried Halloumi, Calamari and a Pizza and it was amazing.
Only one photo because I was catching up with friends and forgot!nnReally flavourful with the truffle. Fresh pasta. Perfect amount of sauce. Really nice and I’d share again to try all things on the menu. Aperol spritz pitcher was exactly what we all needed. Very freshening. A friend got the burrata , Caesar salad, oysters. Garlicky Caesar salad was so so so good! Oysters were fresh. Very happy.nnI’ve been to this restaurant a few times and have always sat upstairs except for one time. Really disappointing to be honest. When you want to be in the thick of the action. Makes for a different type of meal. Not terrible but not ideal either. Service was decent and prompt.nnBathrooms are all the way in the basement. The worst placement. Another reason why sitting second level is not ideal. I’d come back again during happy house 2-5pm daily. Half off selected cocktails and pizza.
the food was good, i love pasta so i obviously had to order one. the pizza felt a bit too salty for us, and the dough felt a bit uncooked as well as too thick.nnour server only came by like once, and we couldn’t even get our water refilled, which was unfortunate.nnthe atmosphere is amazing, felt like i was not in calgary!nnthe price is reasonable as the portion is enough for one person.
Great dinner spot. A little noisy but that did not ruin dinner. I had the sausage pizza and it was magnificent. Perfectly crispy, flavorful, and delicious. Everyone at the table thoroughly enjoyed their food. The fries were crispy and perfect.
Went here for the Wine and Dine experience and it did not disappoint! I might come back just to try the other appetizer Broccoli and dessert rice pudding that I didn’t get to try : but the food was great, and the wine pairings we had the white wine with the main entree were literally perfect with each meal!! Coming back soon!
