My husband ordered me birthday flowers to be delivered to me at work. He clearly stated it needed to be before 3pm so that I got them. He had to call 3 times before ending up and cancelling the order. Meanwhile they dropped the flowers off at 4pm after I had left for the day. The next day comes and around 9am the delivery man comes to repo the late flowers. I was so embarrassed. When I called to explain that was distasteful the owner told me they did nothing wrong. If I could give no stars I would.

I live in Colorado, so when my Uncle in Everett lost his beloved companion of 15 years I couldn't be there, and I wanted to express my support and sympathy in some tangible way. As it turns out this happened about an hour before close on a Saturday. I called around asking for someone to send a peace lily for him. Everyone else I called just said something like "sorry about your luck" but Barbara's took the job and did it professionally and with flair. I cannot thank this team enough for your willingness to help me in this time of family crisis. I will be using Barbara's for all future flowery delivery needs. I've never been here or met these guys, but I am insanely grateful for their awesome attitudes and for going the extra mile when they didn't have to. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

Great service, super nice people, and my flowers have lasted 3x as long as they do from any supermarket. I'm never getting my flowers from anywhere else if I can help it.
