Super happy to know this place is only ten minutes from where I live so whenever I crave Bao I can come here. They’re consistently good. This is the third time coming here. I usually get their Crispy Classics Crispy Chicken, Crispy Shrimp, and Crispy Atlantic COD. Today I tried something new which was their Jerk Chicken special of the month which was also good. Very tender pieces of jerk flavoured chicken. If you go into the store you can get a coconut slush drink which has real pieces of coconut in it and is super refreshing and perfect to chase your meal down with or end off your meal as a dessert. Highly recommend this place.
My brother and sister-in-law got us to try their special bao and it was so good! It's worth the try and good for sharing. If you have a group of friends or family that just want to hang out and try different flavours, this is a place to go.
They were super nice, we went 10 minutes before closing but they still took our order and worked overtime to make our food! The baos are amazing My favorite by far was the crispy chicken! Definitely will be going back!
Beautifully made baos. The crispy chicken and fried tofu with eggplant out of this world! The grilled chicken, bbq chicken and pulled pork I did not receive the pulled pork but instead sliced pork? fell pretty short. We ate right outside the shop but the grilled baos were cold, the meats were cold. Also a little too much gristle for a sando. Overall it’s worth a try, I would opt for the fried options to enjoy a hot bao! I’ll try their new location.
This was my first time going here. I just found it on Google and decided to give it a try. I would totally go back again! I got their crispy classics combo and it was delicious. The cod bao was my favourite but even the shrimp and chicken were packed with flavour and juicy.
Amazing food and service! The staff were so friendly and engaged with us to give us recommendations and even just to have friendly conversation. Food was hot and fresh, and flavours were on point. Definitely recommend!
Pretty good Filipino Bao place! We got the OGC, and the Pinoy Tri-Pack BBQ Pork, BBQ Chicken and Chicken adobo flavors. The Baos themselves were soft and delicious. I'll be honest and say the OGC was BY FAR the best tasting of the ones I got, and would get two of those and a random Bao to try next time I come. I'm not saying the other Baos were bad, because they were still pretty good but the OGC was just that good. They also included a home made hot sauce and it was extremely good. They gave a small amount but the hot sauce gave enough flavor so that you have more than enough sauce for each Bao... unless your spice tolerance is extreme and like to douse your food in hot sauce.
Wow! Loved the food! Excellent service and food came out fast and very fresh. Our selection of Bao was fantastic and the spring rolls so tasty and fresh. You have to try this place out! Menu selection is awesome! Next time have to try everything on the menu.
Fresh, delicious, and innovative food. We enjoyed the welcoming and friendly atmosphere of this place. Ms Baomama herself was hands on with our food. Would definitely love to come back and expressed our desire to have them on the west end of the GTA as well. Overall great experience.
Super Friendly staff but mixed feelings about the food. The baos are super fresh and soft. Not too chewy which I like. By far my favorite baos for this type of sandwich compared to other restaurants but that's about it. Was disappointed, like others that the grilled and cooked meats are served cold. Best eaten fresh as take out may make the baos too soft and fall apart from being soaked from the different sauces.
