This bank and branch are absolutely terrible. Don't ever use them for a mortgage or any other products. They secretly add accounts like mastercard's and line of credits to your account with out your knowledge or permission. They simply don't care about customer service and the tellers are completely clueless. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with this bank it is by far the worst bank in all of Canada. If I could I would give it less then 1 star.

This place is the worst bank i have ever been too. The most terrible service ever given, with the worst tellers. It is badly maintained with garbage everywhere. Also the tellers don't know how to do their jobs, they cannot answer simple questions. In my opinion the worst bank to have ever existed!

Mon hypotheque est avec cette succursale... le service y est attroce.... j'attends la fin de mon terme pour quitter afin d'éviter les pénalités d'intérêt ..... ils sont tellement mauvais que je considère même d'aller a la caisse pop.... et ça... ça veut tout dire......
