RBC Royal Bank

I standed for 15 minuts in the business line on Saturday cause I had a deposit. Nobody aknowledge my presence after a while I asked how come the non business line is going so fast and nobody is asking me for something and they told me that on Saturday there's no business line... What the hell !!! they could of told me that way before and I had to go back to the end of the non business line...Not professional at all. They did not even care...There is no way I could of known this specific detail ... not written anywhere. I will try to convince the owner of the company to change bank...worst service ever (or maybe the race thing played a role)

Très mauvais service à la clientèle! Les caissières ne veulent plus être dérangées. Elles préfèrent qu'on utilise le guichet automatique.... Bref, à quoi elles servent alors!!
