Possibly the worst establishment I've ever been in. I went there to deposit some money, their machine counted less than what I actually gave them, and they are always supposed to verbally confirm with the account holder that the amount is correct. When I was asked if it's correct, I clearly said NO, twice! The banker was supposed to take the money out and count it in front of me! But she still clicked Enter, and the money dropped into the safe under the machine, so they couldn't know for sure how much I put.
After I talked with the manager, I was PROMISED that the difference refund will be applied to my account the next day! NOW it has been 5 days and STILL NO REFUND. I called them earlier today, talked to the same manager, and remained completely calm and rational the whole time. After a couple minutes on the phone she literally told me that my account will be closed in a week because I'm "hard to deal with," and that I need to come get my balance money before then, or else, I won't get it at all! What? Like, actually, what?? Gonna steal all my money? They at least HAVE to send me a check. BUT that's besides the fact that she has NO right to close my account just because I made a complaint about her employee's mistake!

Diana Rodriguez is rude and inpersonable. She claimed to not work at the Banner Bank branch at which I was cashing my check. Diana stated I could wait six minutes until she is off lunch to take care of the issue that was present but wasn't hesitant to make decisions or look into the problem more before denying services. Since this is Saturday, I am placed in a situation where I must wait until Monday to resolve my original issue, at which I am also required to be at work. I will be taking my business somewhere else and recommend others to do the same. I would strongly recommend finding someone that has stronger skills in communication, customer service and accountability.

I received a postcard in the mail addressed to me from Banner Bank promising 75.00 if I opened and account with them. Since my work place goes through them I thought it would be a good idea to open and account and the 75.00 promotion sounded like a good deal so I went in and opened an account what they don't tell you right away is that you have to wait up to 60 days to receive the 75.00 and have to use your bank card 3 times. This is really not that big of a deal 60 days use your card 3 times easy right?? Wrong!!! It has been over 60 days and I have not received the 75.00 as promised I've gotten the run around they have to go through this department and that department I've gotten allot of excuses I"m told it should have gone in there etc and that they are sorry. I had a few other people tell me to watch this because this has happened to other people who also had problems receiving their promotion. I am glad I still have another bank still active because i"m not sure i"m going to stay with these guys although they have been very nice otherwise. A promise is a promise though where is my promotion money???
