Tera and her team are the best in the business. I have used the Davis team for the past 4 years as my preferred lender and have never been disappointed. If you plan on buying or refinancing a home and you want the best chance of closing then I suggest you give Tera a call.

Tera is great. Always quick to respond to emails and phone calls. Also very honest and upfront about your situation. Sets realistic expectations and gives accurate estimates on what your numbers will be (down payment, mortgage payment, insurance payment, etc.) She even helped me a year later when I had escrow questions! Only realtor that I worked with that gladly answered my questions and helped me become a home owner. Highly recommended!

I've used Tera multiple times & she's always done an awesome job. She's upfront with you from the start so you know exactly where you stand. She's very knowledgeable & helpful at figuring out which option is best for you. She's always prompt to respond to questions & follows up even after closing. When I thought our chances of getting a loan for our first home were slipping away Tera kept fighting for us and helping all along the process. We really felt she did everything she could do for us and it paid off! Now we own our first home!
