Wonderful, approachable, very fresh beer with new beers released each month and events to follow. They supply their hops locally when they can (it's tough to do) Richard uses quite a few different methods like dry-hopping, barrel-aging, and using fresh fruits to make each beer approachable and interesting. The company also supports the restoration of Lake Hendricks and the campground nearby. It's a premier brewery in a small town atmosphere.

Rich is probably the premiere brewer in the area. Don't think because they are in a small town that their beers don't excel, Try and see if they are working in the brewery it's as cool to check out as the taprom.
