We are traveling around the country in our RV and were unfortunately faced with having to put our beloved cat down today. They squeezed us in in between appointments and were nothing but compassionate from the moment we arrived until we left. Nothing makes this situation easy, but Dr. Kasper and her team made it a bit less painful.

I have been going to this Banfield since 2009. I moved to Everett 2 years ago and was comuting back and forth when my dog needed vet care. This time for her dental cleaning I decided to use another Banfield.....thinking every Banfield should be as caring, friendly, and animal centered as Burlington......BOY WAS I WRONG! I am not going into detail about the other Banfield other to say.....they were not animal centered or friendly. Burlington Banfield has a customer for as long as I have a pet. I will never take my dog to another vet again. (UNLESS it is a life or death emergency) The level of friendliness and genuine love of your animal is shown from the moment you walk up to the counter. They get to know your fur baby!

We were disappointed in the service of this facility. We dropped our cat off at 8:45 in the morning which is when this clinic asked us to do. She was scheduled for a routine exam. They told us that they would call us when the exam was completed. Over six hours went by and we got very concerned as we hadn't received a phone call. When we called, the assistant told us that "it is going to take some time and she isn't ready yet". Basically, the vet hadn't even started the exam yet. Seven hours after dropping her off, the vet assistant called and left a message that " your cat is too grumpy and it will cost you an extra $112 to sedate her to do the exam". Okay, what living creature would not be grumpy after being in a cage in an unfamiliar environment all day long? We promptly picked up our cat and are taking her to a private vet clinic. We felt like this is a "Doc in the Box" for pets due to the unacceptable long wait time and lack of communication from the staff.

100% perfection 100% of the time. We have called on many occasions, and made same day appointments for our puppers. They always find a way to fit us in. If we are running late and we call and give them a heads up, they always hold our appointments. They treat us and our animal with respect everytime. Their diagnostics and quality of work if always up to satisfaction. Best vet with fair prices! Thanks you Banfield!

I am so thankful for the staff here! They are super friendly and knowledgable. When my Loki kitten passed away the girl who spoke with me was so compassionate and kind on the phone. Also, they sent me a condolence card in the mail (made me cry!). Thank you for your care of my little one ❤
