Bamiyan Kabob

Pickering has become more and more diverse with its restaurant openings and I love it! Bamiyan Kabob is an Afghan restaurant that opened early last year, before the pandemic. I have tried several items from their menu and have yet to be disappointed. This Beef Kofta Kabob dinner, including rice, salad, and naan, was delicious. The portions are very generous and I wasn't able to finish the rice or naan. Maybe next time I'll have it without the rice. I'll be back...

Quality food and very good portions. Freshly prepared but the cleanliness very extremely poor as many tables, sitting and floor were left dirty. Toilets were in very bad state. If the place is well maintained this place is definitely a 5 stars.

We were on the road and decided to pop in since we had heard great things! The food was absolutely delicious and so fresh, meat was cooked perfectly. The bread was so good we bought more for our road trip. We even got some homemade ice cream, highly recommend it!Thanks for the great service, we'll be back !Food: 5/5

It was newly opened branch and was grand. The portions are huge and one meal is enough for two people. We ordered one each and had to pack one and take it away as we had no idea that they were so big.

We loved the food and the quality of it. They served us a lot of food and it stayed good for the next day too. The restaurant was clean and the staff courteous. We enjoyed our experience there. We ordered the tandoori chicken dinner and lamb shank. The lamb was falling off the bone and awesome with the qabili. The chicken tandoori was nice and moist.

The restaurant is very nice decoreted. No table service, only self serve. Food wasn't bad but have had very bad experience. Found a big hair in the kobob. They changed the platter but the platter came when all my family members were done eating.Food: 3/5

The portions are huge and very generous. We ordered Beef Kofta Kabob and chicken dinner, including rice, salad, and naan, it was delicious but the rice need more spices. We loved the place, we will come back soon.

My wife treated me to Afghan kabob for dinner. 1. Sultani dinner $15.99 - 1 kofta and 1 Barg 2. Beef kofta dinner $10.99 Both dinners come with salad, rice and naan. Both were delicious. Only downside was the waiting time about 25 minutes for the order to be prepared but well worth it made fresh to order. Next time will get the kabob order which comes with salad and naan. They give you alot of rice so no need to get 2 orders of rice. We couldn't finish it. Leftovers for tomorrow!

I loved Bhamiyan kabob but this new place is all about money. The price have gone up by 25% and the hat sauce container is smaller. Only half full and when I asked another they want $0.50 for each. Not going or trying any other Bhamiyan Kabob branch to check if they are these greedy too. Felt so bad loosing my good list restaurant.

First time eating at this location. Recently opened, maybe about a year. Close off the 401 so very accessible. Huge seating area. Service was great and quick. Food was excellent, fresh and tasty
