This is a fairly unremarkable underground bar on King - until the music starts. Having renovated during the pandemic, Bambi's has a Function One sound system with really great sound, and great promoters to provide the music. Do not miss out on any Hypnotic Mindscapes event here, they're true Toronto flavor, and one of the best!
The music is good, but the placed looked better before it was renovated. Where are the colourful lights and fog machine? It looked more underground, cozy and attractive in the past.
Yesterday I was at the party there. Was not drunk at all, at all! Ordered one gin tonic and after 30 minutes one tequila. After 1 hour I ordered vodka then bartender a girl with black hair told me that this is my last drink because I look drunk. Seriously???? I was not drunk at all, was talking normally standing normally just maybe had dark circles under eyes from the hard day. I worked as a bartender and perfectly know when you don't give anymore alcohol to the customer: when he can hardly talk, behaves aggressively, can hardly stand, cant even hold the drink, shakes... I did not have any of those “symptoms” just behaved as usual. How does she know who is drunk and who is not? Why did she make such an opinion about me? What kind of analysis is that? Absolutely frustrating! Really made me feel like alcaholoc or something. Will never go there again
You come here to dance your face off. Everything else is just a bonus.
Certainly one of the best dancing places in Toronto as for me. Music is great the majority of the time. Cheap cover, wonderful sound system that makes you move instantly and a great dark vibe leaves a fascinating impression. Highly recommend for a cosy experience.
This is the best club, basement, dungeon, cave, place for a dj night in Toronto. Great vibes, sound, crowd, grimy, and a bit dirty.
Good spot for EDM. Get ready to DANCE!
Total hole in the wall - pretty grimy no coat check so every on throws their coat against a wall. GREAT soundsystem - local DJ's - unforgettable rave!
I have never seen a place like this! Just awesome!!!
It’s ok not that good
