Great staff and service. Hadn't been to a dentist in several years so needed alot of plaque removing and a good inspection on short notice. Bakerview was recommended by some friends at other clinics who couldn't make time for me. Hygienist was great got everything cleaned up without going too hard on the gums. Needed a couple minor fillings which were quick and painless.
I had 4 teeth pulled in quick time. less than an hour In Chair! they made sure that I was comfortable got me a blanket for calming reasons the staff are all kind and amazing people. I highly recommended 100/10
I had read the best reviews about Dr Soltani, and I am glad he could take me as a new patient. My initial visit was for an extraction which Dr Soltani took care of even though it was late on a Friday afternoon. We started assessing my dental needs, and Dr Soltani's advice is considerate. He performed a great restoration on a tooth which other advice would have necessitated more work. Also 5 star for the dental Hygienist whom I saw on my 2 visits.
Since my childhood I had always been scared to death whenever I had to see a dentist. I went to visit Dr. Soltani carrying with me the terrible memories of all the pain and anxiety I had accumulated over years. However, all those fears became history when Dr. Soltani performed his miraculous treatment on my teeth. He instilled the atmosphere with serenity and completed a flawless and absolutely painless root canal treatment. I proudly and confidently recommend Dr. Soltani and Bakerview Dental Centre to anyone who needs dental care.
Bakerview Dental and all of their staff are AMAZING! The front desk ladies are super friendly and helpful, the dental assistants are caring and organized, great at explaining things and the dentist is awesome, he is quick and painless with a great sense of humor! I have been a patient here for 3 or 4 years. I have agaoraphobia and anxiety and panic disorder so you can imagine how tough the dentist is for me. Everyone here is so patient, kind and understanding. They really take the time to explain everything and make sure you are comfortable. You will not be treated like just a paycheck here, they obviously love what they do! I would go so far as to say I had a good time at the dentist! Thanks for your extra patience with me, its greatly appreciated! See you again
I’ve never been more comfortable with a dentist and the staff. I’ve been with Bakerview for over a year and they have made a huge improvement on both the appearance and the sensitivity of my teeth. Doctor Soltani has treated all three of my children and recently did wisdom tooth extraction for my youngest. She felt comfortable and had no complications... that being said. I had great peace of mind knowing that if she had any the Doctor and his staff would be available to her at anytime. Very happy to have found them!
This dental office is very clean, very modern and the receptionists and staff are all very friendly! Ranelle was my hygienist and she was very knowledgeable and friendly and she answered all of my questions perfectly! Highly recommend.
I went on May 3 to get a filling repaired. While Dr Soltani was removing my old filling, he caught my nerve. It was very painful! He continued with procedure. I left dentist office with slight discomfort. Was charged $58.30 for emergency examination plus $306 for filling. 5 days later, I’m still in pain due to procedure, so I called to express discomfort and that I was not getting any better. Receptionist advised I would have to wait until May 18 before I can see the doctor again. Monday, May 18, arrive at dentist office in lots of pain. Dr Soltani reviewed X-ray, advised I have two options, remove tooth or get a root canal. The Dr didn’t even look inside my mouth to see effected area. Providing me two prescriptions, and sent me on my way. Again I was charged $58.30 for Emergency Examination, plus X-ray costs. I’m not a happy customer.
We rarely write reviews .Our experience was wonderful.. Dr. Soltani and his team are all amazing . My husband got 3 filling done . Dr Soltani is very gentle ,friendly and does amazing work . His whole team are extremely friendly ,knowledgeable and helpful. We both got teeth cleaning done and it was our best cleaning in years . This is now our new dentist office . Thank
