Baked Cafe and Bakery

Love their bread bowl tomato and basil soup. Its worth the drive (I live 1.5 hours away).

Good customer service to a point. A situation came up twice with in a few days apart. I was still confused about the sandwich I ordered. The manager refused to defuse the situation by explain it me again. He escalated it by yelling and kicking me out. As a small business owner in the same town I was appalled by this level of customer service or the lack there of. I will be telling all my friends and family about my experience.

Ordered soup, and a medium almond milk vanilla Latte with an extra shot. The soup wasn’t hot, the cheese wasn’t even melted and the bread was a sliver of bread, more like a crouton. I spent 12 dollars and tossed it all in the garbage before i left. My latte was mostly foam as well. My food was packaged to go, even though i was sitting down.

The food all tastes old and the name baked suggests that its a bakery but they bake nothing there it all apparently gets trucked in from somewhere..a store named baked that doesnt bake ..odd..i would stay away from here just on that alone but the flies in there suggest there is prob some major cleanliness issues as well ..thumbs down to a gross little place
