Burnt Muffin and Bagel - phoned to complain and they hung up on me! Told me they like to toast their muffins, i think they need to adjust their toasting settings. Update - took these back to Bagel Basket and i'm guessing the same employee who hung up one me, took them back and dumped them in the bin without looking at them. Unfortuntaly a poor reaction to a poor standard of product.
Oh my, Bagel Basket has THE BEST breakfast sandwiches evah! Seriously, you will never eat breakfast at a fast food place again, and the additional few dollars is well worth it. They also have delicious frozen coffee drinks...the frozen mocha and frozen mudslide are to die for! It can be very busy with long lines during the summer season and on weekends, but the staff is friendly and very efficient. Best bet is to order online. They will text you when your order is ready and you just pop in and pick it up from the table next to the ordering counter. Very easy and convenient.
Ate here twice for breakfast and it was excellent both times. Fast and friendly service, a coffee bar, and great value. Nice cozy seating area inside and the place is up to date and clean. Will definitely come again.

Minimal indoor seating; outdoor seats and picnic tables during warmer seasons. Friendly, fast service keeps the line moving. We visited multiple times and will again. One heads up: cash only. ATM on site.
Ryan ? short, black hair - had the customer service skills of a door knob. If you can’t be polite and respectful to customers maybe consider finding a job in a different industry.
Delicious bagels in lovely shop, with excellent flavored lattes. I got a pumpernickel bagel with apple butter and it was excellent! They have a huge selection of cream cheeses/spreads, plus a nice menu of breakfast sandwiches
I ordered the bagel egg and Swiss and my husband got the tuna salad. Service was quick and gentleman was polite.
Best bagels in town, great coffee too. They have limited seating inside so grab a seat outside if the weather is good. Cash only but they have an ATM inside. Try the iced hazelnut coconut and a number 5 breakfast sandwich on a French toast bagel.
While in York, we wanted a quick brunch so we stopped in here. The place was a little crowded and was cash only, but despite that - the food was cheap and delicious, and you get a lot more bang for your buck than some other places. My only complaint other than that it is cash only is the seating - which is sparse and scattered. Overall, a very good place for a grab-and-go breakfast or brunch.
