Always have exactly what I need! Only buy rabbit food here because it's very affordable and it's a giant bag and my girl loves it. Plus they have raw foods and all kinds of things for dogs lots of fun treats and things to discover. Been going for years, won't go anywhere else

Great Shop Friendly staff well stocked sadly no website to look up products

Called here today for a 50 lbs bag and was greeted by a relatively annoyed and unfriendly man who said, "we don't sell 50 pound bags to anyone, we reserve those to break them down to 10 pound bags for our loyal customers". These 50 lbs bags are certainly available elsewhere as I've been buying them for over a year at another location, I have 3 large dogs and I go thru 6 lbs a day, you would think w all the stress right now he could at least be polite and try to increase his customer base. Guess he has enough customers he's ripping off by repackaging the food and marking up the price, I certainly won't be going here for anything, especially w his attitude, it's these types of people that hoard toilet paper and wear masks alone in their car!

The man working at the store was very rude and annoyed by my questions. Apparently unless you are coming from the nearby farm and know exactly what you are looking for, you are not welcome to buy raw dog food here. I was trying to support local. I am not sure if it is because I look young that he was so rude and uninviting or if that is just how he is. I won't even get into detail about the conversation that happened but it ruined my day and I will not be going there or recommending it to anyone. Don't go here if you have questions or don't know exactly what you are there to buy, because he won't help you. Extremely disappointed.

With complete understanding that we are in a pandemic, I still don't think I should have received as much attitude as I got just opening the door. Just because people are on edge, is not an excuse to have lack of respect towards customers.

The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and approachable. Good selection and quality of feed. Surprisingly decent tack and toys selection for a store this size.

Man at the counter was very rude. If I were to ask for dog toys I would have to know what I wanted as we are not allowed in the store.

Always an excellent experience, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
