We needed a new cover for our hot tub. Called to the place where the hot tub was purchased from, we were told it was going to be $650 plus tax. A friend told me about Backyard Pleasures. So I gave them a call…the guy knew all the right dimensions for my model, had a great colour selection and the custom made hot tub cover we got looks awesome! The best part? Saved over $200 by going here. Everything here is cheaper than the place we used to go for hot tub supplies.
Got great advise from a young lady there today. Needed help because the competion that starts with S couldn't bother to startup our pool even though they promised for the past 3 weeks they were coming. Anyways after youtube education I got the system started and headed in to Backyard for supplies and advice. Fantastic service! Going here from now on. Here's to saying good bye to the Green pool.
I needed a new filter for the hot tub and it was in stock, friendly staff. Doesn’t really look like a store inside, kind of cluttered. This place could use some merchandising !! Hand sanitizer was provided along with signage for COVID-19.
Contacted these guys to take a look at our hot tub that was leaking. They said they would come the next day in the afternoon and never showed up. When I called them the follow day to see what happened they said they wouldn’t be able to come for another day. Terrible scheduling as people have to stay home and wait.
Not impressed. Pool pump my husband took in and was told would be ready end of day Monday or Tuesday, is still not ready Friday. Given run around. Husband ran in, we are out of town, and business was closed at 5:25...5 minutes early. He had phoned and told..."if I'm on the phone with you I am not working on it!" Poor customer service.
Was at my wits end looking for an O-ring for my pool pump, they managed to find me one and absolutely make my day! Thank you, from the bottom of this mommas heart!
Took full payment for a job from my elderly widowed aunt, 3 months later still won't finish the work and won't answer phone calls. Stay away from Dennis and Backyard Pleasures.
Very knowledgeable and helpful people here. Good prices as well. Recommended.
