Nice diner to check out while we were in town. Prices are very reasonable and portion sizes on the pancakes are massive and the egg dishes are smaller. The pancakes were super sweet, so I’m glad I went with blueberry and not chocolate chip. The coffee was hot & they made a cool Arnold Palmer for my husband. Service was good but they seemed really busy for Saturday breakfast, so maybe less attentive than at a quieter time.
They had about a 10 minute wait when we went. All the tables have old style mini jukebox in them that no longer work. The menu has a very large selection. Also the prices are reasonable. I'm guessing it's a popular spot because it was really busy when we went. I ordered the hot roast beef sandwich with gravy and gravy fries. My food came out cold. I wasn't very impressed with the taste of it either. The turkey melt my friend got looked good. Also the fritta my other friend ordered looked really good. The friends I was with all said they liked their food it was good. The server was pretty attentive and kept our glasses filled. Would try this place again sometime. However I would order something different next time. They also serve breakfast all day and have been around for over fifty years. They have a pony ride outside for kids that's .50 cents to ride on. Kid-friendliness: Have a kids menu and serve shakes Parking: Plenty of parking Wheelchair accessibility: Is wheelchair friendly
We both started with the chili. My wife thought it was good. I got the Mile High Meatloaf Club and that was good. My wife got the classic club and liked that. Prices were reasonable. Staff was friendly and place was cleanDine in: YesTakeout: Yes
Here's the uncooked chicken they served my son. Hope he doesn't get sick!! They did apologize and discount our bill... but we won't be going again.
Great food, very busy and very loud. I know they can't control that so it doesn't take away from the ratings, but just beware if you have noise sensitivities. The service was pretty quick despite the amount of people there!
We ate breakfast here on a Sunday morning. We have been here before and loved the food. This time was a bit different, unfortunately. The server was very nice, but she placed our order wrong. She did have the mistake removed from our bill and had the correct food served afterward. All of our food was cold like it had been sitting around for a while. It tasted good, but eating it cold ruined our experience and our opinion of the B'ville Diner. The dining room was packed and very noisy. We had to shout at each other for us to hear each other 2 feet away at the same table. I can't say that we will be going back here after the experience today.
Great local mom & pop diner. Had the classic railroad car diner vibe with an amazing staff. We went on a Sunday morning and it was packed. The staff kept up with food and drinks while providing friendly service. The food was delicous, cooked to order, and flavor full. I had the "Meatloaf Bene" which is pictured. Can get a bit loud at times, small place with many people.
Stopped in for lunch, I must Say it was amazing. The waitress was on top of everything. I ordered the club and as you can See I had to take half home.
Ate dinner here tonight we had fish dinner and a meatloaf club platter I swapped our fries for Mac and cheese, That was definitely homemade and good, but would have been better if it was served hot. It was not. The fish was nicely done and hot , as well as a good sized piece . Cole slaw was fresh, crisp and creamy. Very good. Coffee is 2.50 a mug and never was replenished , no chance to grab a server as it was extremely busy. That was a big downfall as was a not well cleaned table and not being given forks, which we had to wait for as we had our food but no forks.
We met a child hood friend at the Beeville diner for breakfast while we were on vacation oh, we ate and hung out together at the Beeville Diner when we all lived there we were so happy that it was still there exactly like we remembered it, our server was outstanding as she kept all of our drinks glasses full and asked at every trip if there was anything else that she could for us, and the kitchen staff obviously enjoys their jobs as our plates were full of eye appealing items, and the of the foods that we all ordered we're just as pallet pleasing as they were to the eye
