B Gorgeous bridal helped me find my dream prom dress! The dress I had always seen myself wearing. I LOVE my dress! I cannot wait to wear It to prom. Their services were super helpful and friendly and I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dress ! They gave us time and space to think about our choice unlike many other stores I had previously visited. None could compare to be gorgeous ! Their store was very neat and clean and had a very large selection of dresses to choose from. Their staff were super friendly and Jenny constantly keeps me updated about my dress and always keeps me in the loop. Thanks for everything B Gorgeous Bridal.

What a beautifully decorated, classy, spacious store. In some bridal stores you feel packed like sardines, not here. They have an amazing private room, along with other semi private areas for showing the beautiful dresses to those who come shopping with you. They carry an amazing selection of bridal gowns, prom dresses, bridesmaid dresses and dressy clothes. The best part is that they carry sizes that fit the average person. Bridal gowns run small, I found that almost every dress I tried on was fitting too big as opposed to trying to squeeze into them at other stores. The consultants are phenomenal, place your trust and faith in them and you will not be disappointed. Every other review I've read says the consultant found their dress, and my story is no different. Debbie was great, she listened to what I (thought) I wanted, allowed me to try on many dresses, and then brought in the dress that sealed the deal. She even allowed my young cousin to try on a dress that she could not take her eyes off (after I found mine of course). The complementary drinks, champagne after selecting the dress and veil, the privacy and attentiveness of the staff, the kindness of owner Inna, being able to enjoy the day with my mom, and cousins just cannot be topped anywhere else. If you're searching for a bridal gown or any sort of formal wear, definitely check this place out, it's totally worth the trip!

I have bought many formal and business outfits from these wonderful ladies over the past two years, and I cannot wait to let them guide me through purchasing my dream wedding dress. Not only have I recommended them to every bride, bridesmaid, prom girl, and mother of the bride I know (and will continue to do so), but they are also the perfect place for any woman looking for a fabulous special occasion outfit. Also, book the sparkle room.. ITS WORTH IT!

Absolutely horrendous experience. I had emailed them weeks before my appointment (and before even booking an appointment) to make sure they would have dresses that I would want to try and be able to try. I asked if they carried a certain style in certain sizes and they responded yes. When I arrived from my appointment (after driving from Vancouver) I was informed that no, they did not have ANY dress I could try on. The consultant wasn’t even apologetic - she seemed to think I was the one who had made a mistake but I had the emails right there on my phone. I was shocked and appalled that they would lie to me about their selection. It was so disappointing and frustrating to drive so far for nothing. I would rate this store 0 stars if I could. Bad selection and even worse staff.
