I bought a car at Aylmer Kia and my experience was very positive. From my first email inquiry to signing the paperwork, Sebastien and Christian made me feel welcome, comfortable and like a person rather than a commission. I didn't experience any pressure and I feel like they helped me get the car that was right for me, and on my terms. Highly recommend.

I met with Sebastien  and drove off with exactly the car that I required within my available budget. Sebastien was very helpful, listened to my needs and gave me really good options. The whole purchasing process was extremely easy and efficient - I am a very happy client.

This is my second time dealing with Aylmer Kia to buy a car. Klara was awesome to deal with. She took the time to answer all of our questions and provided great advice. The Aylmer Kia team was a pleasure to deal with. Not a hint of pressure. I would highly recommend Aylmer Kia for both the sales and service experience. Thank you Klara for taking care of us.

Recently bought a new vehicle for my daughter.  Their total asking price for the vehicle was very close to Kia Canada's suggested price. Was looking to buy a new car in this market. I had a wonderful experience at Aylmer Kia. Fantastic customer service. Both Maxime and Stephen made the entire car buying process incredibly smooth and easy for me. Answered all my questions and called as soon as the car was available. Hoping it all goes to plan!

Friendly staff, the dealership did everything they could to get the car I wanted when limited with supply. I might have been able to get a better deal if negotiated.

Pleasant, efficient and reliable service at Kia Aylmer. I bought a car, with the help of Sebastien, that was well inspected checked with another garage and given to me in excellent conditions. Sebastien does a wonderful job at making sure that everything is well done and keeping the client updated every step of the way.

A few months ago, we went to the dealership, found the car we wanted and was ready to buy the next day. We were told we would get a new key and also winter tires. The day next day we were to sign the paperwork and  the man we were chatting with wasn’t there. Instead it was a younger guy, who basically told us we were lying about the tires and key. Strange, but they gave it to us and we signed the  papers. We were promised a full inspection would be done on the car, very important as we have a 2 year old and newborn. We got the car, 20 minutes in it starts crazy smoking, took the car back, they admitted they hadn’t done the Inspection. Said we didn’t want the car, they tried every way possible to bully us into keeping it. Even though it was in the 24 hours timeline. They made it very difficult, and were extremely disrespectful towards us. I ended up having to say”we can do this the easy way or the hard way”. It was awful, they lied, they absolutely didn’t care about us as people and didn’t want to lose that sale. Please do not go here, its especially dangerous for families.

We were first time car buyer and we are very interested with Kia Sorento so we went to this branch to see how we can get one. We are newly landed immigrants and we know it is really hard to get a car with little credit history but Sebastian did a really great job helping us and he even reached out to us for updates. This would make me go back once we have a solid credit history so we can get a car and we would love it if Sebastian could help us out again. Again Kudos for Sebastian for doing a very good job! Superb customer service and going out of his way to help are the qualities that would definitely bring your branch a lot of customers. I hope every car dealership has a Sebastian in it.

I am so grateful for the service at Aylmer KIA. Rock in service has been so kind, professional and efficient. Car troubles can  be stressful and Rock's service has been so comforting. thank you! I highly recommend!
