Rune and Anthony are the dudes to see if you have a VW. Have been going to them for years and they never disappoint. Rune really knows and cares for the vehicles he works on and never hesitates to go above and beyond whenever money is a factor in the repairs needed. I could not think of going elsewhere and because of them we have been able to maintain the car for as long as I have been able to. Prices are more than reasonable and fees are quite fair for the service that is given.
Brought my 2013 passat with a heat and ac problem and they fixed it with ease!
This business has serviced my car for about 15 years. They deal exclusively in German automotive repairs. They know their stuff. They are friendly, organized, respectful, honest and reliable. I drive the VW, not because I love the car, but because I trust the mechanic. For me, that is Major peace of mind! I trust this business. No bad vibes; just good business people. You can't beat that!

The only downside to this shop is distance... Excellent hourly rate, friendly and enthusiastic mechanic and no-bull, honest work done to my VW. They were telling me causes and issues and even walk you through part functionality. Rune is extremely knowledgeable and friendly! He actually saved me about $200 on a fix that another shop quoted me. The other shop didn't even have the right fix!
Extremely happy with the service from Antony and Rune. I echo the other reviewers comments about their honesty and willingness to find the best solution for the customer. Many repair shops opt for the easy route of simply changing all of the parts and charging the maximum book rate. These guys think of the customer first. Highly recommended.
I bring all of my VWs to Rune, be it something as small as a random knock or rattle, to the full engine swap and custom work he is currently doing on one of my cars. The man is the most honest mechanic I've ever met, and will work with you on options to get back on the road in the cheapest yet safest way possible. No overselling work that doesn't need doing. Well worth the drive from Ottawa
I go way out of my way to bring my van here. I have not had a better garage experience ever. It still costs money but I'm confident it's money well spent. Rune is the man and Anthony is super helpful too. Excellent work every time.
Excellent work. I have total faith in the service done. They take the time to do what's right. They know their stuff. Glad to have found a trustworthy mechanic Rune for my Audi.
