The condo association or it's property management doesn't ever get to circumvent the law or its intent. "A rule completely prohibiting the display of the flag could not only be found to be unreasonable under section 58 of the Condominium Act, but could also be contrary to the intent of the federal legislation."
Shame on this company for telling a Veteran he cannot fly the flag. Which I am fairly certain that the Harper government passed a law saying that no one's right to fly the flag shall be infringed upon. Boycott this company and any property they manage.
Just called the office, sounds like a hoarde of uninvited guests run the company... advice to these individuals... We fly OUR flag when and wherever we want, understand! God I can't wait until we elect Scheer and people like you are pushed back into the closet where you belong! For shame!
