I would strongly not recommend the law office at Walmart stc. I went to them for an avadavit for my OSAP application. The person writing the document informed me that I did not require my spouse signature and I submitted my documents to OSAP. OSAP informed me the document was not valid because my spouse signature was not on the document and they could not process my application until the document is corrected. I returned to the law office and explained the situation as this document was not cheap and the lawyer in charge said that they would need to charge me for the service again if they were to make any corrections to the document, because that this was their policy. I was in shock and in disbelief because they had provided me with this misleading information and did not feel to do a small correction and at the time they did not inform me of any type of policy statement nor did I feel I needed to hear their policy because I trusted and believed they were an honest and respectable law office. They then asked if I would like to book an appointment with them to make this correction which would result in me paying the same fee all over again. I feel stressed out as this will effect my chances of attending school.This is emotionally draining as I trusted this law office to provide me with truthful and accurate information which they clearly did not.

I would Not Come here again. The lawyer is extremely Rude and impolite! To the point where he looses clients. Will never come again...

Had them for closing a condo, didn't look at the contract at all, hard to get a hold of, high employee turnover, didn't help negotiate contract as written in condo act.

Very quick, sweet and honest review. You never really understand what 'You get what you pay for" is until you choose Axess Law. Decided to close my condo with them but 100% regret it. Until this day, they still have the wrong unit recorded on legal paperwork. The staff is nice, but unfortunately seem lost in their work place. I have left multiple VMs to Mark Morris and staff, and even walked in to get some answers but no luck. They quoted me 1 price in the beginning with promises of no extra fees but a year later, they hit me with a whole different number. All in all, if choosing these guys, be prepared to do A LOT of following up yourself, and a lot of the footwork yourself.
