My dad got his Acura RDX fixed at AWIN Advanced Auto Body recently. The experience was great! They helped me deal with the insurance company for the collision claim so that I got a piece of mind. Allan was quick on responding my questions and concerns. Also kept me posted on parts order status and repair status throughout the process as well as contacted my dad who only speaks Cantonese. I have had 2 major car repairs completed by AWIN in the past 6 months. It was easy to get estimates done, and those estimates were quickly approved by insurance. Alice and Shant are outstanding staff who made the process painless. Responses are prompt and helpful. I don’t know which techs worked on my cars, so I can’t thank them personally, but the quality of repairs was outstanding. Someone had rear ended my car and I used their services for repair. The staff especially Alice, Stent and Sandman were amazing. Quality of work done is excellent.  Completed on time. The process of getting the rental car was also seamless. When I got the car from it was completely cleaned and washed which was wonderful. Excellent customer service provided by the representatives, specifically Jun & Alice, they made this repair process smooth & trouble free, arrangements for comparable rental, cleaning inside out, etc,  just drop off & pick up are needed.  No need to mention about the job quality, this shop is certified by multiple leading manufacturers, not just a corner repair shop. Number One choice for leases vehicle repairs. I will strictly not recommend taking it to AWIN Advanced Auto Body. I have a 2016 BMW X5, and in an accident, someone hit on driver's side door. They have my car, and they fixed only the body/paintwork and didn't inspect the door that was not aligned. I call them, and I have to drive back to the shop. The body shop didn't thoroughly inspect the door and missed the alignment. Now, the soft-close intermediate is not working after they align the door. Even the advisor checked there is an issue with soft close. They want me to take the car back to the Endras BMW Dealership and do the inspection and pay from my pocket. I emailed ManagerAllan, and he didn't check my email for four days. Finally, reception forwarded the call to the manager, and he said I was busy and one day was off. This is the first manager I have seen not looking into the customer complaints. I was not even happy talking to the Manager, and I wanted to send this complaint to upper management. I asked him can I Director or VP's email address so I could forward my complaint. The manager said you have to go through me, and he will forward that email to upper management. How can I trust him? He didn't even check my complaint. I have to follow up multiple times. After arguing, he said he covered the soft-close inspection cost and sounded like he was doing me a favour. If the report says it is unrelated to an accident, they will not fix it.  The issue started after the technician aligned my door. It's a zero-star rating service they provided.

Absolutely fantastic place to bring your car.  I brought in my XC99 Inscription and they did a fantastic job fixing it.  Alice at the front was a great help, so very helpful! I would would definitely come back if I needed work done again.   5 stars all the way.Services:&nbsp;Painting

The staff at this place are friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. The consultant who helped me was efficient and responded to my requests timely. My car was repaired promptly and perfectly. Excellent customer services. Much appreciated. Highly recommended them to anyone.

My vehicle was in this  body shop for about two months. Their customer service was a mess. When I got my car, I noticed a weird noise from the new BMW engine. When I followed up with them, they didn’t accept any responsibility!!! After more following- up I understood the rodents chewed the tires of the harness when the car was in the body shop for a long time without any movement.  The cost to replace the harness was over 4000, and they didn't take any responsibility to compensate for the issue.

My overall experience here is great. Alice, the wonderful lady at the front desk, assisted me promptly. Eric Tang, my service advisor, did an absolute fine work at fixing my car. I highly recommend this place.
