Went to this shop for a simple alignment job. They did the alignment and then when they proceeded to bring the car off the ramp, they got the exhaust stuck somewhere causing the clamps to break on my jaguar XJL. When we took the car for a drive I told the mechanic the car doesn't sound right. He argued that it does and that I'm making it up. I asked them to lift the car and showed them the split where the exhaust had separated. The exhaust was all pushed back from the manifold. They then argued that I didn't know anything and that I would have to pay to fix the clamps and exhaust as they were bad already...? How could they already be bad? Anyways then I'm driving home and my car gets a power reduction light due to this loss of exhaust power. I called them right away to explain but the guy that sits in the office didn't want to hear it and gave the phone to the mechanic I dealt with who had no idea what he was talking about. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SHOP!!! THEY DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE. VERY BAD BUSINESS!!!

Will never come to this shop again. Employee were super rude and extremely lazy. I am travelling and sent my friend to get things done. I seriously cant believe that how bad service he got and I am waiting for the action to be taken. Want serious reply to this complaint. Because I am not stopping here for the bad service he got.

Went there to get my 2009 Camry certified. They found a CV boot torn and offered to replace it. I agreed since there was no alternative. The owner Avtar charged me $150 to change the rubber CV boot which normally would cost me $15 + labor = app $70. That too was not kept ready when I came the next day and they wanted to charge me more to change the whole shaft. Very greedy owner and lousy typical "desi" customer service. Though the 2 mechanics I dealt with were not so bad. Totally untrustworthy!
