I shop regularly at Avril but will pay even more attention now. What is not ok, is the price of fresh bacon compared to the same package that is frozen. Frozen meats are 20% off but when you hike the price to give the customer less of a discount, that’s not cool. Just rude.

Visting from Australia The staff in the cafè are very polite and helpful, accommodating our limited knowledge of French. The health food section has an incredible variety of food. Totally amazing. Merci beaucoup

Best store for fresh organic products

We were on vacati9n in quebec and just checking out random stores. We finished shopping at Costco and saw this health food store. Which we don't have any grocery health stores in NB.nWe were so impressed, there is such a huge selection of absolutely everything you would need to lead a clean healthy life style.nFrom meat, produce, grocery, cleaning, snacks. The prices were much better than a regular grocery store and the quality was amazing. We couldn't bring much with us as we had a 8 hour drive home. But very much wish we had a Avril near us.nThe staff also were quite friendly and they had a deli section that looked amazing as well.
