I really apreciate what dorothy a nd paula do for me and my boyfriend we have always felt welcome there but on the other hand there is this laura vivas she has no customer service skills what so ever she is rude and obnoxiuos i will never deal with her again and if she talks to me she will be talking to my hand.. So hopefully she gets fired and no one else has to deal with her.. Thanks paula and dorothy for you kindness.. You guy are awesome..
