I took my 12 year old daughter to have a check up for the first time in Canada. They did an x-ray to check her teeth. The hygienist kept telling her to bite down on the wedge to take the x-ray but she kept gagging and tears kept running down her face and she kept telling her the same thing. Anyway, poor child left there with her mouth hurting. Turned out that under the side of her tongue was cut and she could not eat or talk for a week. Felt so sorry for her. Could not believe it. Then she was not getting better and I had to take her to a walk in clinic. They gave her a steroid cream to help speed up the process. It took another 5-7 days to get better. Now she is traumatized by this visit and does not want to go back to another dentist. Unbelievable experience. I went to a different dentist for myself and the experience was great and they are much more advanced in their technology and don't need to use those wedges in your mouth to do x-rays. I don't recommend. Too many dentists and receptionists. Its too businesslike. No personal touch.

Made appointment on Saturday without knowing that they were going to charge extra emergency charge. I didn't request for emergency nor they explained there would be an extra charge on Saturday appointments. Total rip off. Also, my child went there and they requested to anesthetise her every time. Not only it expansive and not covered by insurance but also dangerous to children !!! I found other dentist and he did not request to sedate my child and he was very good handling children. Don't make mistake I made. Don't go there. They are money hungry suckers. Update: Recently, I got pain in one of my tooth so I went to another dentist and found out that my pain in the tooth was caused by infection due to the deep drilling into the tooth. I went to Dentistry on Dundas to fix the sensitivity in the tooth and they ground out the previous filings and filled it up again but they didn't fix the problem. They only made it worst and caused the infection. Now, I have to have a root canal in the tooth. Again, don't make mistake I made.
