Found this place based on the reviews and it lived up to those reviews. I have now found my go-to mechanic. We own 3 used cars so having a place you can trust is of the upmost importance! Paolo and his staff greeted me with professionalism and courtesy. They went out of their way to find a rattling noise in my car. After a good amount of time, he only charged me the minimum for labor which was awesome! I was so impressed I brought my 2nd used car which they took care of as well. I'm from Vancouver and needed a car inspected that I could not see in person. After speaking on the phone with a few mechanics that seemed underwhelmed and curt, speaking with Paolo put me at ease. He was bright, professional and attentive and had no problem answering all my questions. I couldn't be there in person when the dealership dropped off the car for inspection, but was confident that Paolo and the team at Autocare were gonna be on my side and give an accurate, professional assessment of the care. I had an alternator problem, I was trying to make it to my mechanic, but I never made it ...care stalled! I looked around and saw I was stalled almost right in front if this place, so they seemed like the best solution ; They were great! I did a car inspection for a used car. the staff was very helpful and explained all the hidden issues on the car. the 80$ was worth paying. I was told to talk down around 500 $ from the asking price. and I manage to get 550$ off from the car dealer thanks to the advice from AutoCare staff. Grand Merci!
