If I could give no stars I would. They are crooks. We brought our vehicle there told them what was wrong with it, specified we didn’t want them to look at or work on anything else except the one thing. They said “sure no problem bring it by my guy will be able to figure it out.” It sat there for 15 days, no communication from them, had to keep calling to find out what was going on. Finally went down there and confronted the owner. He said his guy has been calling in sick. We were going to pick it up the following day to bring it somewhere else and was told “ok, we can look at it now.” Hindsight I should have said no don’t bother. They looked at it, did a bunch of things we asked them not to do and in the end said they can’t fix it. Tried charging us $600 for the work we asked them not to do, wouldn’t give our key back. Thought we would need to get the police involved. Ended up having to pay almost $300 for nothing, just so we could get the key back. This place is horrible, awful experience. Feel like I was robbed in the end still need to bring my vehicle somewhere else. The other place I’m bringing it is at least transparent about the cost only $150 for them to plug it in and reset the computer. That is all we want. I want my $300 back, can’t believe they got away with this. Absolute crooks. **Update** In response to the comment this company made below: I know what shop my vehicle was at. It was brought in under my husbands name, not mine. Perhaps you’ll remember it was a BMW. My review is not false and everyone should know before bringing their vehicles there what you did. I wish I had read through the reviews first so I could have seen how shady you are.

I had a wonderful experience here. The staff was very helpful in answering my questions. When looking for a new car or mobility device I highly recommend Auto one. This business goes above and beyond to help with questions that you may have. I think this local business deserves your attention because they are local and do their best to serve the community with everything they have.

Brought my red dodge journey here for service inspection from Edmonton and from start to finish right as I entered the door I was greeted by the front desk gentleman with smiles and genuinely made my long drive so much better. They got my vehicle in promptly and showed me the waiting area and coffee station. Upon waiting the owner of the establishment offered to buy me lunch as he was buying lunch for the staff I felt that was not necessary but the generosity was greatly felt. Hands down start to finish he explained all the paperwork to me so I understood and the owner shook my hand and also offered me a complementary calendar. I honestly felt like a million bucks when I left. Great service and honest hard working people here. Will definitely recommend this place as I was treated very well here. Thanks and I hope to stop by again one day

We just moved back to Thunder Bay and my car was having a wheel issues. Chris and his team happily took my car in last minute before closing and fixed it on the spot. I can't recommend them more. We will be bringing our cars here from now on.

Don has always been straight up about any deal I've done there. The work on my vehicles has been top notch. I had a vehicle in for a safety, they actually made sure it was "safe" not just get by ministry standards. 1/16" of brake left I'd rather pay a little more to get solid work and advice than something just acceptable! I have brought my vehicles for service here 3 times as of yet. Auto One has always came through a fixed the issue with professionalism and great customer service. They went above and beyond and removed seized fill plugs on my differential and bolts on aftermarket products.
