Authorized Wood Stove And Repair

I called looking for a woodstove gasket as my local stores seemed uninterested in helping me with an odd size. I called here because Steve Taylor was the person who sold me my woodstove 20 years ago at a different store. He was extremely helpful, did some research, called me back and I picked up the items same day! Highly recommend!

Very poor customer service unless you are buying a new stove from them. My stove needs a new part and I am completely without heat. Completely indifferent about the fact that the part has taken 3 weeks and counting despite the claim of "a couple of days". I understand that orders from supplier can be delayed but don't appreciate the dismissivness.

Passion and knowledge exude from the owner's life of experience with wood and wood pellet stoves and wears. Never really had and appreciation or knowledge for the differences between the stove types. If you like mechanical simplicity coupled with environmental balance, and 0 carbon imprint, check out wood pellet fireplaces. I really had no idea how efficient the pellet stoves could be and their fuel consumption how low. Thermoelectrics, they just keep getting better.
