First visit to Dr. Facemeyer went really well, I was very impressed. Dr. Facemeyer ordered a test that should have already been done, I feel very confident having Dr. Facemeyer has my new physician that he will work to help me feel better.
Beautiful office. Funny and friendly staff. Extremely thorough history and physical exam. Convenient on site laboratory and diagnostic testing. Very kind and empathic bedside manner with good eye contact and particular attention to detail. Highly intelligent but spends a lot of time talking to you and explaining things in terms that you can understand which is why he teaches a lot of medical students and nurse practitioner students as well. Good follow through on test results with efficient scheduling of referrals and consultations. Would highly recommend Dr. Facemyer for your entire family and friends. Fantastic doctor and person. Simply put… HE IS THE BEST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER HAD HANDS DOWN! HE WILL SAVE YOUR LIFE SOMEDAY LIKE HE SAVED MINE!!
It takes over an hour minimum every time to see Dr facemeyer, but he seemed to care about my issues and is proceeding to get me to the right places for treatment/examination. However it's ridiculous not to stagger your patients when you're not in the office or able to handle the intake. Our time is valuable and needs to be respected
Very friendly staff. Dr Facemyer is very conscientious and listens to all concerns.Very glad I found him.
My grandfathers appointment time was scheduled for 1:15pm, now its 2:30pm and we still haven’t seen Dr. Facemyer yet. His staff could use help with customer service as they and Facemyer have a tendency to talk down to people. Seek another primary care physician who will respect you and/or your loved ones, and see you within a timely fashion while still providing great service.
Dr. Facemyer has been my doctor for many years and also my husbands favorite doctor. He is very courteous in greeting me with a smile when entering the room. He takes the time to really listen to me and shows genuine passion in helping with diagnosing by spending more time talking, not rushing, making eye contact and in discussing treatment options. He is very thorough in finding out what is going on with my health and in follow ups and necessary extended care. Thank you.
Excellent Doctor! Takes his time with you, listens to you, and most of all provides the correct care for your issues. He has helped me tremendously. His office staff is friendly, funny and makes you feel welcomed. The office itself is always clean. A++++ rating for Dr. Facemyer and his staff.
NEVER schedule a morning appointment. He isn't actually even there He found a way to legally double bill his time. He makes morning appointments for his office but just goes out and does his hospital rounds. He then returns to the office in the afternoon and races through all of his appointments then. This means customers have to sit and wait for 2-3 hours just so he can double bill his time. It's INCREDIBLY unethical and I'm honestly surprised he hasn't gotten in trouble for it. He also puts profits above patient safety surprise!. During the height of the pandemic, before vaccines were available, I was due for an appointment. My wife has a severe auto immune disease that leaves her close to house bound. We did not want to risk her catching covid. He offered telemedicine appointments in name only. He forced me to come in for a check up to get my medicines renewed. He then refused to fill ALL of my prescriptions. He would only fill one at a time. Then a month later, when the next ran out, he tried to force me in again. I refused and he relented since it was his error. However, another month and a half later and my third prescription expired because he would only renew them one at a time. He refused telemedicine and refused to refill over the phone, despite my pleading with him to not put me or my wife at unnecessary risk for catching covid. Why would he refuse to do telemedicine for a patient with an immunocompromised spouse? The only thing I can figure is he wanted the money for the urine and blood tests that they run in the office. He gets insurance reimbursed for telemedicine. There was no reason to deny that, other than he could make the pittance of money off the urine and blood tests. Anyone who has been his patient knows how driven by money he is and it pushes him into ethically dubious decisions. Do not use him.
Doctor Facemyer listens to all of your concerns and tries everything in his power to get to what the problem is.. His staff is AMAZING! His nurses are very friends and easy to talk too. It’s a very clean and Great offfice, I would recommend him to anyone.
Friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Facemyer is well informed about specialty areas of medicine and can refer you to the best specialists. He spends as much time as he needs to explain or answer questions. He also treats you as a whole person, taking into account social and emotional issues that may be impacting your health.
