Austin Chase Coffee

Nice coffee shop! Sandwiches, sweets, coffee, etc. Found in a Google search along my route. I'm glad to know of it, I pass by this location often when in Silverdale. Very nice atmosphere. The staff was nice, and I enjoyed the lemon treat I got with my coffee. Frequent sipper cards too! Parking: In a strip mall sot here's plenty of parking.

Austin Chase Coffee is an excellent coffee shop with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Their coffee is top-notch and always freshly brewed. The menu also offers a variety of delicious pastries and snacks. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, making for a great overall experience. Highly recommended for coffee lovers!

I love Austin Chase's cofee. They have an extensive list of flavorings, half of which are sugar free. The only negative thing I can say is there is frequently a large group of men drinking coffee who are very loudly talking politics and criticizing one side repeatedly. I never dine in because of this.Food: 4/5

Decent little coffee spot with spacious seating and fast WiFi The latter is decent with a fairly dark roasted espresso. They have a large selection of flavors and seasonal add-ins plus lunch options. Definitely teleworker conducive :

One coffee house that isn't in my beaten path is Austin Chase Coffee house; what makes Austin Chase unique from the coffee places I have recently frequent is that you don't drive up; you go in. I was excited to try them; I'm not in that general area often, but today I made an exception to be. I had a 12 oz Americano at $3.00ish dollars, Unfortunately, I cannot fully compare if that is an average price or not; I usually purchase 8 oz. Of course, the question I keep asking is, will this Americano by Austin Chase Coffee be as good as the Americano by Energy Island Smoothie that I have come to love? YES! I believe it is! There is a smooth, rich, earthy taste with a right balance between the espresso beans they use, which I believe is dark and light espresso beans. There is no bitter or acidic aftertaste, just a really impressive taste with the tantalizing aroma to go with it; honestly, both Americano from both places was incredible and unique in their own way, with some similarities in other ways. Austin Chase Coffee serves a wide variety and sizes of coffees, teas, and specialty drinks, along with a slew of sandwiches and sweets beyond reason. I also noticed that bags of their coffee could be purchased, and their roaster is local! The atmosphere is clean, relaxing, and down to earth, and the customer service was excellent! Linda is the owner, and she is phenomenal, and I don't use that word lightly; Linda, to me, is the type of person you could sit down with and have a long conversation with as if she was a childhood friend you hadn't seen in twenty years! So, yes, I would recommend trying Austin Chase Coffee, and although being a small franchise, correct me if I am wrong on that, but they employ local people, which helps with our local economy! This is an up beat cozy style of coffee house where you just want to hang out with your friends. One of the feature I like about Austin's is you can sit at the bar on a stool and just watch what is going on. My coffee was made well, a very difficult blend to get right and they almost had it correct. There is plenty of things to choose to eat here and they do have a restroom. The price are a bit cheaper than the other guy so that is nice on the wallet. Staff was very nice and they kept the crowd flowing, there was a decent crowd. Over all a 4 star due to little tight on the seating and a little off on the order.

I was last there on a weekday 1 week ago. I love the coffee but man the customer service has really gone down. I’m thinking no manager on site. Seems like the employees hate their job. Nobody smiles and nobody seemed to care about the customers. They don’t greet you, don’t look at you when you order, and seem to get to you when they feel like it. This is not the Austin Chase I’ve come to love. I bought coffee beans and waited for 15 minutes for someone to get to my order…..and there was no line so no excuse! I sure hope this was a one off day. Come on! Return to appreciating your customers!

We get coffee and breakfast here very often, many times a week. Very friendly staff and owner, always welcoming. Food is consistently yummy and my coffee is always perfect. Highly recommend for dining in, pleasant atmosphere and clientele.

A very nice place for a coffee and or sandwich. Great coffee, great wifi speed tested at around 38 mbps down and 12 up. Easy parking, happy baristas, two clean restrooms I'll be back when in the area.
