Austenville Owl's Club

The staff at The Owl Club are unprofessional, incompetent and completely unethical. Never book an event here unless you want constant headaches, poor excuses and a terrible experience. My brother's wedding was booked here 1 year in advance, and two days before the wedding their at The Owl Club venue was under construction - with no notification given to the bride or groom until the day before their wedding. The President of The Owl Club gave assurances he would fix the problem immediately and make the venue habitable for their big day, but ultimately no action was taken - demonstrating zero leadership on his part and a complete inability to follow through on his promises. If I could rate The Owl Club with a negative star count, I would. Every one of their members should take a long look in the mirror and think about what being associated with such a poorly run organization may do to their own reputation down the line.

It is an amazing place set in a wonderful community. The club is a very friendly and inviting place .

Go there once a month enjoy talking golf with bartender butch o'hearn.
