Aurora Pharmacy

Don't waste your time. Ive been having prescriptions filled here for years hoping something would change. Ive experienced continuous issues with them. They give wrong information, make you jump through hoops, do their job for them, blame the customer for fault when they are simply not doing their jobs. Rude staff, very disorganized, the pharmacy supervisor is even worse. She has laughed at me and hung up on me when I've politely requested her to do her job. She only cooperated after I stated my rights as a patient, and mentioned the licensing codes.Then, magically she was able to complete my request. This was not the only situation, there have been many more. I finally wised up and switched pharmacies. Please don't waste your time here as I have.

There is one employee there who treats customers with respect, the others are full of blank stares and eye rolls. If they don't have enough product in stock to fill your RX they don't bother to tell you, so you waste time going there to find out your RX still isn't ready - even if you requested more than 24 hours prior. Every other pharmacy I've dealt with over 25 years gives courtesy calls to tell you if there is a one (or more) day delay in filling a RX.... They often have 5-6 people working, but apparently only 1 at a time can be helping a customer, so if you come at a busy time have fun standing in line while all the other employees count pills. (I get that they need to fill RXs...but come on...step up and help get the line moving!)

I was treated very kindly by the pharmacy tech women however the pharmacist was a complete boob, I'm on very necessary medications if I don't have can result horribly, she (pharmacist) not only neglected the fact about my health being in concern she treated me like a complete idiot because it was "after hours" (same lame excuse pharmacist will use regularly) and couldn't verify with the doctor the same prescriptions (had she bothered to check) I receive on a regular basis by the same doctor relatively around the same time. It was absolutely absurd and I felt like I was looked at in a way that Aurora Medical Pharmacy should be ashamed of themselves for making a patient feel ever. I'll never return and would advise STRONGLY against anyone going to this poor excuse for a place to go to receive help for medical needs.
