Story

Owned and operated by the Bennett family in Newport, Washington. Audrey's is proud to support and serve the patrons of the Newport area and strives to give back to the community as much as possible. We support the athletic community, we proudly display the accomplishments of some of Newports athletic greats. At Audrey's were not just about service, we are about family and community.

The food was good. Unfortunately!! They were not really prepared for that many people at one time. I know they probably really needed the business. However if 50 plus people show up at 5:30 p.m. and I'm due to close at 6:30 p.m. I really would have pointed them in a different direction or I would have offered one particular main dish and two sides. For example something easy like chicken or fish with fries and a salad or something really easy. I have the pork chop and the baked beans they were really good. Unfortunately I forgot my plate and my sippy cup on the table trying to Corral all the kids out of the restaurant. But overall the food was great and the service was good too.
This restaurant is a Whole VIBE! It's so cute and quaint! The atmosphere is relaxing and classic! The food is phenomenal! The service superb! My fiancé and I loved everything about this place. So much so we're inviting our family and friends to join us after our ceremony. Most of all we love Mrs. Audrey! She is the sweetest, and baby she can cook cook! We love it here! Yall go see them today!!!
This place has enough parking for 5 cars the woman who greeted me and the way I was greeted let me know I was in the worst of neighborhoods. I came to get a full dinner but the way the lady was treating mei got a veggie plate. The food wasn’t bad but I probably won’t go back.
Good location of a Black Owned Small Business, located in heart of Titusville in Birmingham AL. IF YOU WANT RUDE, because she is muscle spasms and for her to tell her very dissatisfied customers that, I quote,” I DONT FERL LIKE IT TODAY, I’m having muscle spasms and you can take it and go outside and leave!”…..WOW! If you want to wait for over an HOUR with only two sets of customers. If don’t want the steam buffet setup until 45 minutes after opening time, then this for you. I am going to share this with all social media sites, BBB, Black Chamber of Commerce, and the Community. This is not the first time or the only customers complaining about this sister of the owner from what was shared have disrespected and treated human beings so ugly. We paid for our drinks and left. EVERYTHING in their review is untrue. We have a recording of the entire incident. She is disrespectful and rude. Giving the customer a FREE meal to do a favorable review because you knew and heard the female customers was going to do a negative review. Everyone BEWARE. The are small, but BIG ON RUDE AND DISRESPECT.
The owners were awesome host! Although we arrived right at closing, they welcomed us in and served us a fresh hot meal! We most definitely will be back. See you soon, The Williams!

Convenient. Local. Family owned. I enjoy going for weekday lunch. Side salad is so fresh and delicious. Also like the BBQ whole wings and sweet potato fries.
First time eating here. Got there a few mins after opening time. All The vegetables where under cooked and under seasoned . I wanted fried chicken breast and thigh, was told they only fry the wings and other can be baked. The fried chicken wings and cornbread was good.Oxtails still had cooking wine flavor; oxtails could of cooked a little longer.Took over an hour to receive order was told it would take about 15 Minutes. It’s was a Sunday and they had no cornbread dressing on the menu. Spent little over $70 for 3 people. Parking: Limited front parking

The quality and preparation in the food is that of any five star restaurant. This isn't your mom and pop soul food stop and all of their items are prepared in a healthy and well balanced manner. I encourage anyone to patronize Audrey's and enjoy some of the most palatable cuisine in Birmingham.
