Audiophile Experts

Four days after placing my order I was advised in a curt e-mail that they were cancelling it because the billing and delivery addresses were in different provinces. Notwithstanding this bizarre deficiency in their management system, the fact that I lost 4-days in the Christmas period caused some degree of worry and scrambling to find another vendor in time for a pre-Christmas delivery. They made no effort to help with the problem - simply cancelled the order and advised me to correct the problem. I took my business elsewhere instead and recommend that you do the same.

Excellent Service. This was a first-time purchase. When Audiophile Experts didn't have the colour I ordered, they contacted me and gave me the choice of waiting 10 days for a new one in my ordered colour or a demo for a reduced price. When I told them I'd take a new one in any other colour they might have in stock, they immediately packaged up one they had and sent it, notifying me with trackable shipping details. It was well packaged and arrived quickly. I will be considering Audiophile Experts for future purchase of audio equipment, and would highly recommend them.

Just received my first order from them. The item was exactly as described, very well packaged, shipping was fast (with automatic traffic updates) and it arrived in perfect condition. The service was excellent. Would definitely purchase from them again.

Excellent customer service! We had a defect with several pairs of headsets and Audiophile acted as the intermediary between the client and manufacturer and took care of us from start to finish. It's reassuring to know that customer service is available beyond the purchase date of a product.
