Very bad customer service and food was almost on the same level. Our server had an arrogant attitude, and he never came to ask if everything was ok after we had our plates. The restaurant was half full so can’t say he was very busy! We both ordered the New York sirloin and you can see in the picture that it was very different. My partners one was 3 times thicker than mine. I did eat it as I was hungry but halfway in, I managed to show it to the owner as he passed by, and he offered me a coffee or a desert. I refused as his offer was ridiculous to me, a real joke what he offered for a 35$ plate. He never excused himself. So if you can, just go somewhere else as this place quality and service went down lately.
I have not eaten at this restaurant since maybe 2009 or 2010. My wife wanted to try it and I was hesitant of course. Last time I ate here years ago , I didn’t enjoy it. Wow. To my surprise they renovated inside to a nice modern but cozy look. The food was very good and meat was very tender. Portions are very good and it’s affordable. Our waiter was very friendly, humble and made us feel very welcome. In fact , he made our night even better with the small conversation we had with him. Overall great experience and I will be dinning here again in the near future.
The quality of the food has significantly gone down. I wonder if the cook actually tastes the food before sending it out? The rice was salty. The potatoes were bland. The salmon had a bitter taste. The shrimps had a plastic taste. The waiter manipulated the bread with his hands instead of tongs or wearing gloves. The restaurant is nicely renovated but the bathroom was disgusting.
Good value for the money. Bring your own wine keeps the price in check. The portions are generous and the service was really fast. Good team work by the staff
All was a great experience with our most recent visit to Au Vueux Duluth. It had been some time since our last visit, and I must say we were not disappointed. Food was delicious, and the service was fast, taking into consideration the current lack of employees, affecting many establishments. We plan to go back this month for another reunion and look forward to it.
We recently had the best experience at this Au Vieux Duluth location in the West Island. Our whole family agreed Georgia and Dimitra did a fantastic job serving a large group with professionalism and care. Our party was impressed by the quality and portions of our meals. We had amazing Greek food to say the least! From beginning to end, we had a lovely dinner experience, and we are sure to go back. Thank you once again!!
We have been wanting to try this restaurant for a while now and we are so glad we finally did. Excellent food and service.. many options to choose from, served hot and fresh.. we will definitely be returning frequently!!! Bravo!

The food at this restaurant was very disappointing. Not only was it lacking in taste, but it was also poorly cooked and unappetizing in appearance. Unfortunately, the service was equally subpar. When I mentioned to the waiter that the rice was too salty, he didn't seem to take my feedback seriously and suggested that I try another serving of the same dish instead. Overall, I wouldn't recommend dining here
Very poor quality food, the waiter ignored us completely after he brought the food and plates and table were dirty. AVOID at all cost
