Wow! Amazing food at an affordable price. We had the beef and lamb kebab which were good. Large portions. Good flavors. My favorite though was the lamb shank. Special Pesaran Karim on the menu. Wow. I was blown away. I don’t know what was in the sauce but the bits of garlic in the dish were heavenly. It was my first time trying this dish and I can’t wait to come back to Atrak to try it again. I’ve already recommended it to my friends who live in the area.
The chicken koobideh was very moist and tasty. Also ordered the beef koobideh, lamb shanks and Chenjeh. All were good just that the chicken was surprisingly moist for chicken. Portions were large and beautifully presented
This Persian restaurant advertises that it gives Happy Hour discounts from certain times during the weekdays for take-out orders. They even have a huge sign outside their restaurant yet they do not honor it. It is false advertising. When I asked about it and told the girl, she said she already gave me the discount, I even showed her their own website where it is advertises as 11.99 as happy hour pricing, but I was charged regular price which is 14.99 and her excuse was that I bought 2 of the same dishes, and she kept trying to justify that. They are liars and they lie about the pricing so you that you just buy from them. I do not recommend this restaurant. I even read another review on another site and this happened to somebody else. Do not fall for it! Also the food itself is not good, it's very salty. My mom didn't even like it and she usually likes most kebabs we get from other Persian restaurants.
Finally, after 6 years, I experienced a real and Iranian taste kebab with excellent quality in Canada at Atrak restaurant. Happy Vancouver residents, because in Montreal we don'thave this kind of chance. Thanks to Mr Hamid , the manager of the restaurant, and other employees of this restaurant. It was a delisious trip for us.
The best restaurant in . It was great and delicious experience. I am from Quebec and we don't have in Montreal the good quality Iranian kebab. After the years, I tasted the best Kebab. Thank you Mr Hamid. The restaurant is clean. The workers are friendly and welcoming. Thanks

I have never seen restaurant receiving any deposit for reservations.when I called at first they told because this is an event and we have dj we will charge everyone for 60 $1 appetizer,one main food,one soft drink and one very small jelly.But at the end of the night they charge me over 460 for 5 peopleand when i call them back to ask maybe they made a mistake,they talk to me very bad and they told me we gave you service and instead of appreciating you just gave 10 $ to each person and call us back and complaining??i will never recommend this restaurant to anyone.you pay over 460 just for 5 people for very weak service and low quality food.why they should charge 20% as service charges separately when they receive tip??????
My experience was horrible, it was by far the worst quality meat and rice I’ve ever had. We reserved for the Yelda night an Iranian custom and before the reservation, we asked about the price to make sure that we can afford it, and they answered for each person it would be $50. Unfortunately, at the end of that night when we wanted to pay they wanted us to pay $80 for each person when we asked them why? It’s not the price that you said before, and they answered that’s for the service charge…!!!!???? This is the first time I’m writing a bad review for someone and that’s because I’ve never received food this bad. And also honesty is so important for me. I hope this helps them to pay more attention to the customer, the quality of foods and also being honest with the customer.
Over the years people have tried to run a restaurant most of the time Persian one in this location, without success. Every time I went and ate there once, hoping for a good experience. And every time I've been -sadly- disappointed. Today no exception. The decorum is what it is, personally I don't like it, but if the food served is good then who cares? Unfortunately food wasn't great at all, really. Even the rice was questionable... I feel sorry for the owner and I hope they improve and stay in business here. Good luck!
Delightful experience! We had dinner there yesterday, we ordered their shared platter and Lamb shank. The portions were huge and food was so delicious, the shank was so moist and juicy. The staff are so friendly and nice, they answer all your questions and quick in their service. Definitely recommending it, and I will be going back.
