I had a great experience. Gofar came the same day. He repaired my washer and was fast doing. I felt his rate was fair.

Called ATOP for in-home maintenance for my stove. He came out within 2 days of calling and was willing to come out the next day, but I didn't have time. Took a look, offered suggestions, fixed what was needed and agreed on and was reasonably priced. Happy I called them!

I recently had Gohar come visit my place and fix my fridge. It was a very pleasant experience. He was on time and got the job done very quickly. Its been over a week and things are still running perfectly. Thank you again!

I had a bad experience, start to finish. He couldn't give me a time frame so I agreed to be home all day except for a one hour appmnt I had to go to. The next day he called during my appmnt and was mad that I wasn't home during the only hour I said I wouldn't be. When he did come, he was surprised that I had stackable machines even though we discussed it in detail the day before. He said he was replacing a part, finished less than 30 mins later and wanted me to pay cash. I went to the bank and got him $200. The next morning I tried to use the machine and it gave me the exact same error codes. When I called him to request another service visit he got very angry and was saying that I was accusing him of stealing my money. I said, I don't know why you're getting so angry, no one said you stole money, I'm asking you to come, fix my washer. He was very angry and hard to understand. He also then told me that he hadn't replaced any parts in the machine, he had just taken out a couple pieces of plastic. He said he wasn't working and to call him back the next week. I lived for another week with a broken washing machine and being out $200 before I just decided to call someone else who came, was plesant and fixed the machine properly. The person who did fix it, said that what was wrong was very obvious and he couldn't believe someone else had already come and taken money for not doing anything. When I told him about the insistance on cash, he went on about people who give the industry a bad name. I'm not sure why anyone recommends this guy, I called him from a facebook group recommendation and it was a very bad experience. I don't like leaving bad reviews but I think the experience was disappointing enough to share.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service and the owner GOHAR is a scam artist. Intimidated me into paying $80 for a service call where he performed no work and was very abusive. He swore and threatened me. This man is a poor excuse for a human being and I would never do business with him again. DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR MONEY.....GO ELSEWHERE!

Do NOT do business with these people. They will give you some story about how it's better to buy used, then scam with old and broken parts, so you're forced to call them to fix, where they then price gauge. And then intimidate you into paying their absurd prices. Boarder line criminals.

Great Service! We had a washing machine that recently stopped working and Atop was able to come the next day and resolve the issue very efficiently; highly recommended.

Excellent - nice service, polite and friendly and efficent - you get old school quality, affordable pricing and relaible service. This is the way repair work is supposed to be.

Terrible experience. I strongly urge you to find another repair business. Overcharged and unpleasant to deal with.
