Hi All, I have been Atlas Immunization lately for my travel vaccine. As this was my first experience and It’s not wrong to say that I have been robbed by them. All the vaccine they did for me and family were overly priced and even insurance refused to pay the deductible on the cost posted by the center. Long story short, all these vaccination are being done by all other service provider best bet is to approach Costco for any travel vaccination. Thanks
All of the nurses here have been so extremely helpful! I'm going back to school and needed all my essential vaccines in order and the nurses made the complicated process simple for me. They are all so knowledgeable. I am very thankful for their help. I definitely recommend Altas!!
Atlas Immunization has very professional staff. Very thorough and knowledgeable about the services they offer. They are also more than happy to help with any concern or question you may have. I recommend using Atlas.
This was a very friendly experience. We went for Twinrix shots and paid $110.00 per person x 2 shots each one month apart = $440.00 plus $48 per person for Adult clinic Visit. Beware! most insurance companies will only reimburse you what ever % of $69.00 the average pharmacy charge for the same shot. For us it was out of pocket expense $230.26 instead of $55.20 had we gone to a pharmacy.
The workers here were so kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. I have a pretty intense fear of needles, but they made the appointment go by super quickly. I’m so glad I booked with them!!!
My experience with Atlas was beyond exceptional. I had to get some vaccinations for school so, I really had no choice. I have an immense fear of needles and after my visit, I am not scared anymore. Furthermore, I had to get about 4 vaccines, and I am going back to get another. The online booking system was easy to use, and I put as much information as I could to clarify exactly what I needed. I was then greeted with a phone call to confirm the details. Upon my arrival, the receptionist had me fill out paperwork and printed a list of my current vaccines for me. I waited for about 15 minutes, and I was extremely nervous to have my name called. When it was my turn, I was greeted by an extremely friendly nurse who addressed all of my concerns, potential side effects, and allowed me to lay down. I admit, I was not very kind to her as I was anxious and even still she was kind to me. The immunizations were done in a flash, and it was great. I went back two days later to have another set of vaccinations and again, had a very pleasant experience. The nurses are extremely knowledgeable and know what they are doing. Also, they know how to have a good conversation and laugh. There is a price list located on the wall in all the rooms as well as online so, I knew exactly what to expect for pricing. I was also allowed to prepay for all of my vaccines. I would highly recommend Atlas for any immunizations and if you have concerns just practice good communication. If you are nervous, trust me. You will be fine here.
I got my MMR and TB testing done here. Nurses were very helpful and knowledgeable, made sure you got everything you needed so that you won’t miss anything or have any future problems with program/school requirements. Nurses were also very informative, explained to me what vaccine im getting, what procedure im doing, and possible side effects I could get. Receptionist was a sweetheart! I loved her energy!! i had 6 appointments here 2 mmr doses, 2 tb tests, and 2 tb readings and she gives out good vibes coming in and going out the door everytime! I definitely recommend this place when you need to get an immunization or TB testing done especially for a school requirement! :
All of the receptionists at Atlas were very kind and welcoming! The RNs, Audrey and Heather, did a phenomenal job at ensuring that all of my immunization requirements were met. I would recommend Atlas to everyone!!
I would not recommend this clinic if you are seeking for any immunizations. Look ahead if AHS provides the service for free first before bothering to book with Atlas. For an appointment that was booked beforehand I was given a call 30-45 mins before my appointment time from someone asking to talk about the appointment. And when arriving they wanted to book the follow up appointment which was not mentioned beforehand causing me to leave my work early 2 days later. When I first said I wouldn't be able to because of work, he proceed to tell me that nothing can be done for me then. This is after travelling an hour to get to this clinic. As for waiting for my appointment I was there waiting for 30+ minutes until I was seen which I think paying for a $45 fee for the clinic visit you would liked to be seen on time. As for when I was handed a form that I had to sign when I got there I had circled I was born in Canada, but when I was with the nurse that was to do my test for me she continued to questions me if I knew whether or not I really was born in Canada. Which I found very disrespectful. Asking once I think would have been enough, not question me multiple times and look at me with doubt as if I wasn't sure where I was born and raised. Not only did the front reception give me all false information about the records and where I can go to find them later, I found them extremely rude. The next day I received a call asking if I could come in the morning instead for my follow up appointment or not and when I mentioned I couldn't because of work, the receptionist woman grunted in frustration as if it was super inconvenient for HER that I wouldn't be able to change my work schedule to fit theirs. Would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
Very friendly and welcoming staff. Came here for vaccinations for post-secondary and the nurse was able to tell me which vaccines I need for my school requirements. I was treated with kindness, respect, and timeliness. Definitely recommend coming here for work, post-secondary, and travel vaccinations.
