All Aces Tours

I joined this travel company for Vegas tour and got a very very BAD experience. The manager name ‘Marixxx Glorxxx’ did a very very bad job. After she got the gratuities from us, everything changed! She sacrifice our supper time at ‘x-iron’ mall in Calgary, said we can get home earlier. Then we arrived next stop - Red Deer Gasoline Alley half hour earlier. But she make another coffee break ‘said’ to be 15 mins. She told us back to the bus at 5:50pm. But we waited till 6:20! More than half of customers wait for her with her Filipino friends for another half hour again. We stayed at this alley and waiting for another 30 minuets in the bus. We make complaints for our waiting. She said we still on schedule! Of course on schedule! She SACRIFICE our supper time for her and her friends’ TIM HORTONS coffee!! She even threaten she can kick me out of the bus. She just take care ‘some’ Filipino friends. I am not Filipino, better find other company. Also, there is $7/person was not given to customers on day 7 as promised. For me, I will never never a customer of the company again!

My parents in law took the Eastern Canada Train Tour with All Aces Tour this fall and were very disappointed. It started out fine but went downhill very quickly. Accommodations were 2 star at best and some not even 2 star, especially in Ottawa. They were told when they booked the tour they would be staying in a Marriott and they stayed in the Value Inn. They had not arranged transportation past PEI. They ended up in cabs and in some cases had to pay out of pocket for the cabs and were only partially reimbursed by All Aces. For on tour they were put in a date limo, where the driver would not allow them to raise the blinds, so they couldn't see anything on the tour. Many of the tours that were listed on the itinerary didn't even happen. Their excuse was always "time permitting". They were taken to the train station hours before they needed to be and spent a lot of time waiting around in hotel lobbies.

She is one nasty woman !!! Would never go with them again!
